Parts 1&2, Set in the times of the Napoleonic Wars (1785-1815) tells the story of a man who suffered with illness all his life but left a legacy of his hymn which today can still be heard sung all around the world.

4) History of a West Yorkshire Medieval Village:
Parts1 the talks covers the history of the village from the ice age to-date including social, economic and industrial changes that have befallen the village and villagers over a thousand years and includes the effect of WW2 and the Luddites.

5) History of the Royal Mail:
Currently very topical the talk explains how and why it all began and the developments that have taken place over 500 hundred years from Tudor times to date including the history of the postage stamp and discussion about the current Sub Postmaster Scandal.

6) The Life & Times Yorkshire Postmaster:
Parts 1 & 2 tells the story of Albert Morton and his family a past Mayor and Postmaster of Richmond Nth Yorkshire. Who, well ahead of his time introduced a motorised postal service in 1903 in Swaledale includes all aspects of his families fascinating lives during both world wars from 1864 to 1950.

7) History of Upper and lower Whitley:
Covers the history of the three villages, their industrial heritage, the Luddites ,the stately homes and how they changed, and developed into 21st century.
