The contribution canals make to health and the challenges faced in the future. 6) The work at Bletchley Park was hidden for 30 years, but today the part in played in the war is well known. Perhaps less well known is the part played by women in its important work. While many carried out important clerical work, some were heavily involved in code breaking, in what was generally a male dominated world. This talk looks at the many roles carried out by women and celebrates their achievements. |
