| Subjects: | 1) The History of Teddy Bears 2) A 1960s Childhood - This is a historical/product talk about a display I/we bring, which could include Dolls, Books, Games, Fashion, Trains, Meccano, Comics, Craft work, Bayko, Kitchenalia....... well a selection of all things 60s. This will be a talk either by myself or in conjunction with my husband, Timothy. 3) A Family History Talk - Ever thought about tracing your family tree but don't know where to start? Getting started - where to find your ancestors in records - find more than just names and dates - build a story of your ancestor's life. Using BMD records, census etc. 4) The Five British Garden Festivals - 1984 - 1992 5) Hands Across the Channel - South East England and Northern France. 6) Bruges and Belgium 7) Journeys in Ireland 8) A second Family History talk. A talk/workshop approach, asking people (if possible) to bring a birth/marriage death certificate one or more - from their family archive eg grandparents, and I will discuss how much (surprising) information we can glean from them. Available to book for dates from March. 9) An illustrated talk on Baltic Cruising. Inc ports in Norway/ Sweden/Finland/ Estonia/ Poland etc. Photography by myself and my husband Tim.
